Le Petit Jardin

le petit jardin: container gardening for the space challenged (or out of gift ideas).
roses and lavender. jasmine and lilies. peonies and berries. any living life is fascinating, but plants are a mysterious bunch. science has now, of course provided us with names and an understanding of plant development. But as a child, i always thought it magical that a tiny space could offer tranquility, freedom and happiness; that little seeds in soil with a little water and sun would grow into colorful snapdragons and million bells. And that leads to a reciprocal feeling of affection for blooms that cheer our day. Le petit jardin is a nomadic container garden shop, but right now it is lodged in Garden Grove Ca. We set up on swapmeets and farmer's markets, couple of times a week. i'm still working on scheduling and juggling life with dreams. in the meantime feel free to give ideas on interesting plants, gardening for us the space-challenged, or what simple garden decoratioons that give that "breeze among the daisies" feeling in our rooms.

A beautiful example of guerrilla gardening. While I’m not sure about planting in potholes (as they’ll probably either be trampled by cars or avoided by cars a bit dangerously) I think that on streets or in walls it’s a beautiful thing.
